Welcome To Throws Coach

ThrowsCoach.com has been designed to provide an opportunity for both coaches and athletes involved in the throwing events to achieve a greater understanding of the techniques involved in their events. Coaches can make comments about the technique of the many throwers that are posted, they can also read some of the comments other coaches have made and hopefully learn by this sharing of ideas. If you have a video you would like to see featured on this site you can send in the video clips via the contact form here . Video clips that are submitted will be posted so that other coaches can observe and maybe suggest ways forward for your athlete.
We have also made available numerous video clips featuring a range of training ideas and exercises that will help coaches to put together training programmes to assist atheletes and to help improve on their weaknesses and build on their strengths.

If you have any training ideas in the form of video clips and you would like to share them, then please send them to me so that they can become a resource for others coaches.
